Trouw Nutrition GB Expands Poultry Team

Trouw Nutrition GB which supplies nutritional products and technical services to the animal feed industry has made two additions to strengthen its poultry team.

Antony Taylor has joined the company as Monogastric Business Manager and brings extensive experience of the industry having previously worked with businesses in the production, genetics, feed and equipment sectors.

Following five years in broiler production, he spent seven years in feed sales before he joined Cobb Europe Ltd, initially as Regional Sales Manager in the UK, Ireland and Africa and subsequently as Technical Service and Account Manager in the UK and Ireland.

Before joining Trouw Nutrition GB he was Sales and Marketing Director for Potters Poultry, the suppliers of pullets and poultry equipment. Working in both the UK and global markets, Antony brings a wealth of experience.

Dr Aidan Leek has been appointed as Poultry Technical Manager, and joined the company from Hy-Line International where he was, Technical Manager responsible for international nutrition and technical support to the internal and franchised distribution network for Hy-Line layer breeders and commercial stock.

He has previously worked as a nutritionist for in both the domestic and International premix sector and as a Feedmill Technical Manager/Nutritionist for Cargill Meats Europe. In these roles, Aidan gained experience in nutrition, quality management and feed manufacture across the full range of poultry species. 

A Nuffield scholar, he is also a member of the Nutrition working group on the European branch of the World Poultry Science Association.
